Client Site Alerts Coming Soon

Has a client ever had trouble locating a new Vault document? Or forgotten an action item you asked them to complete before your next meeting? We know that keeping your clients updated and on-track can be one of the most challenging parts of being an advisor.

With two Client Site Alerts coming next month, you can simplify communications with your client base.

Our new Document Shared to Client Alert notifies clients of newly shared files you place in the Vault. That way, clients won’t miss important information, and you spend less time reminding clients to review shared documents. The Document Shared to Client Alert also allows clients to quickly locate the new document, with a direct link to its location on the Client Site.

And with the Task Assigned to Client Alert, clients can easily keep up with their assigned tasks, increasing their involvement in their own financial well-being.

In addition to notifying clients when they log into their Client Site, these alerts can also trigger an email to summarize any shared Vault documents or assigned tasks – though advisors or clients can toggle these alerts on or off. This way, clients will only receive only the communications that interest them.
