After every new release we listen to your feedback, and are excited about the positive impact Self-Registration is having on your client’s experience. In your feedback, we’ve also identified one common suggestion for improving the Self-Registration process focused on the Client Website invitation email.

Primarily relating to who is “sending” the email and how this is perceived by clients.

Based on your feedback, we’re adding the name of the Advisor, Planner, or Assistant who initiates the website invitation to appear in the email header and any emails replying to the invitation will go directly to that user’s, as opposed to eMoney’s email address.

When the action is initiated by and Assistant or Planner the email will indicate the client has been invited “on behalf of” the Advisor.
