We’re dedicated to protecting you and your clients. That’s why we’ve incorporated RSA two-form factor authentication technology into our existing security measures. RSA Adaptive Authentication is a complete fraud detection platform that uses a dynamic risk and rules-based approach identifying high-risk behaviors and initiating an additional layer of security.
Here’s how it works:
The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to enroll in RSA. Once you’re set up, after you’ve entered your username and password on the login page, you’ll be asked to enter a 6-digit PIN that will be sent to your mobile phone.
You will also have the option to set up a second phone number to receive a text message or voice call-back. This is a fallback number that can be used when you do not have access to your primary phone during sign-in.
The PIN is delivered primarily via text message, but if users do not have access to their primary phone or are having trouble receiving texts, they can choose the More Options link on the Sign In page.
This will allow you to select a Call Me option to receive a voice call-back, or you can contact Customer Service at 888-362-8482 for one-time access.
