Client Mortgages by Interest Rate

Coming this September, you can gain even deeper insight into one of your client’s largest expenses with the new Client Mortgages by Interest Rate chart.

With this chart, it’s easier than ever to monitor clients’ outstanding mortgage balances and develop recommendations on how their terms compare to current market conditions.

With the insights provided by this chart, you can initiate conversations with your clients on refinancing their mortgages.

Vesting & Expiring Stock Options

Also planned for release next month, the Vesting & Expiring Options by Date chart provides an overview of events related to your clients’ stocks, allowing you to closely monitor upcoming vesting and expiration dates so you can immediately help your clients determine the best action to maximize their investments.

This chart also provides additional details on the asset name, grant number and current value of the stock options.

Advisor Opportunity Reports End of Life

As these new Advisor Analytics charts become available, we will discontinue the Advisor Opportunity Reports they’re replacing. The new charts will be available to all users.
