We’ve been paying close attention to what you’ve been asking for, and in 2023, we made great strides in delivering what matters most to you.
- You asked for more engaging and personalized experiences for you and your clients. We delivered the Customizable Plan Summary and Multi-View dashboards in Decision Center.
- You asked for a more intelligent way to deliver plans to more people. We delivered new Insights and Solvers to quickly create accurate, system-generated recommendations that empower you to scale and elevate planning.
- You asked for more secure, scalable, and stable connections. We delivered over 1,000 new data sources, increasing the total number of all aggregated accounts by 70% and reducing connection issues by 83%—all while maintaining our position as the market leader in account aggregation tools for three straight years!

- An enhanced planning experience: Decision Center’s user experience will evolve, modernizing the aesthetic and making room for future enhancements to provide a more efficient and intuitive planning experience.
- A flexible, consolidated Decision Center: We will continue to open up new planning topics and eliminate workflow breakages in Decision Center, making it easier to create, edit, and present plans in our most dynamic and collaborative planning solution.
- Track progress and convey value: Enhancements to the Progress report will introduce new ways to track and show clients their progress toward their goals over time.
- Customer experience
- Improved user experience: Our Client Portal is evolving in 2024 to deliver a more modern aesthetic.
- Showcase your brand: A new dedicated space within the portal for you to highlight your brand and share relevant information.
- Increase interactivity: We plan to grow the portal to be a place where you can deliver a plan and your customers can actively engage with it.
- Leveraging data at scale: Serving up data in a simple, organized way that drives action.
