eMoney is currently transitioning to an API based data aggregation strategy. Long term this means you and your clients will gain more control than ever over who can access their sensitive financial data. Your clients will also enjoy a more seamless experience with fewer broken connections.’

This transition won’t happen overnight, we’re working diligently to build relationships and data sharing agreements to securely import personal financial data to eMoney without the need to share login credentials.

While we’re going through this transition we want to make sure you have all the resources you need to keep your clients connected and engaged with their client portals.

It starts by making sure you take the necessary steps when introducing connections to your clients. This means setting the right expectations up front, encouraging them to be proactive, and creating a defined process for resolving connections issues.
