1. Is the design update mandatory?

Yes, the new Client Portal design is rolling out to everyone in March 2024. The new My Advisor page is a feature that will not be enabled by default, giving you time to add the content you want before it is viewable on the Portal to your clients. Please see timestamp 6:21 above for how to setup your new My Advisor page once it becomes available. *

2. Can I still adjust my color schemes within the portal?

Yes, color schemes are still available.

3. Am I losing any features with this design update?

No. This update is applying a new look and feel to the features that exist today. We are not removing functionality based on these updates.

4. When will the future changes be ready in 2024?

As we covered in this webinar, this first release of this year is focused on providing a new modern aesthetic and a dedicated area within the portal to highlight your brand. In the second half of 2024 we will focus on improving how plans are represented in the Client Portal and the ways clients and advisors can more actively engage with those plans. The coming new scorecard metrics will help you identify when and how to engage with your clients.
