The 2015 Stevie Award winners have been announced, and a few of eMoney’s finest walked away with some hardware.
Financial Planning Analyst Celeste Hernandez took home a Silver Stevie for “Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year,” Client Support Specialist Tim Corbett won a Bronze Stevie in the “Back Office Customer Service Professional of the Year” category, and eMoney’s Client Engagement Team won a Silver Stevie in the “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year” category as a group.
The Stevie Awards were founded nine years ago to recognize excellence in customer service. Winning a Stevie is no small feat. Thousands of candidates from across the country are considered, and award winners are selected after a thorough evaluation process.
We’re very proud of our Client Engagement Team for bringing home a trophy, and we’re especially thrilled that Celeste and Tim were individually recognized at the awards ceremony.
