The Millennial State of Mind

Hi – A Millennial here. Lately, I’ve been scanning through countless articles that highlight what you should know about Millennials. The subjective information about my generation being self-centered and impatient is neither here nor there. Because, well, isn’t that true of select people from all generations? Regardless, there are so many statistics out there that are being discussed and not being put to use. The Millennials are the largest generation on our planet. There are about 79 million Millennials in the U.S., versus the 48 million Gen-Xers (born between 1965 and 1980). Our annual spend in 2015 is expected to be $2.45 trillion and by 2018, they will eclipse Boomers in spending power at $3.39 trillion. We’re more powerful than anyone could ever hope to give us credit for. We want to work with people who are experienced and know what they’re talking about (because if they don’t, we can just Google it)… So, without further adieu, get to know us better and strategize how you can help us invest and plan wisely with this infographic (who can resist a good infographic?).

We’re a unique breed. We do what we can with what we have and we give it all we’ve got. No matter how society labels my generation, we think that you can really benefit by embracing the millennial state of mind.
