eMoney also took home a few department-wide awards including two Bronze Stevies, one for the Customer Service Department of the Year and the other for Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year, as well as a Silver Stevie for the Contact Center of the Year. We were also awarded a Grand Stevie, an honor given to only ten organizations that submit the best collection of entries.
