If you’re not receiving the eMoney communications you need, check out the steps below to customize your email preferences and ensure deliverability.

Customize Your Email Preferences

The first step to ensuring you’re receiving all the communication you need is to manage your email preferences. This will allow you to customize your email subscriptions based on communication channels like:

  • Product Updates
  • Best Practices
  • Live and Webinar Training
  • Blog Updates
  • and more

Ensure Deliverability of eMoney’s Emails

If your email subscriptions are all set up but you’re still not receiving email or they are ending up in your junk folder, you may need to make some adjustments to ensure your emails are being delivered properly.

Start by adding communications@emoneyadvisor.com to your Safe Sender List.  This tells Outlook that emails from eMoney are not to be treated as junk email.

Note: Instructions for adding email addresses to your safe sender list for Outlook can be found here. Other email services should all include safe sender information in their documentation.

If you’ve added the above email address as a safe sender and are still not receiving emails they may be getting blocked before reaching your inbox. In this case, ensure that your email server has eMoney whitelisted to send you email communications.

What information do I need to send to my IT team to whitelist eMoney?

In addition to the communications@emoneyadvisor.com email address, have your IT team consider whitelisting this IP address to maximize email deliverability:

129.145.76.203

Finally, if you’ve taken the above steps and still are not receiving the emails you need, give us a call at 888-362-8482 or send us an email.
