With powerful aggregation capabilities, integrations with the industry’s leading software providers and a comprehensive personal financial management portal, your emX Select platform is built to simplify your day-to-day operations and enrich your relationships with clients and prospects. Below is a complete overview of our entire emX Select Certification Course.

But before you get started, make sure and watch our emX Select Overview video to review the main features of your new technology.

First, we’ll cover your Advisor Toolbar:

  • Your Home Page provides a summary of your book of business and alerts you to important changes in your clients’ profiles.
  • Under Clients, you’ll find a sort-able list of all clients you have access to, with quick access to their Overview, Connections, Vault or Client Sites.
  • Connections allows you to view all the institutions you and your clients have linked, along with status of each connection.
  • Applications gives you access to our full list of integrations, complete with information and support resources for each integration.

Next, we’ll discuss the Client Toolbar:

  • The Client Overview shows a summary of net worth and investments, basic asset allocation as well as assets under management and held away.
  • In a client’s Facts, you can view their connected accounts, add manual accounts, or make adjustments to any aspect of the client Fact Finder.
  • The Reports tab allows you to view all available reports and store printable copies in the Vault.
  • The Vault, eMoney’s cloud-based storage solution, allows the advisor and client to store and transfer important documents.
  • The Globe icon allows you to set up and access the client site.

Finally, we’ll review the Client Site features:

These  help you provide the ultimate client experience, including the Home Page, Organizer, Workshop, Spending, Investments, Vault, and Reports tabs.

Here are a few steps you should take within your first week on emX Select.
