NEW in 2023, we’ve enhanced our training to suit the educational preferences of our users, beginning with the eMoney Core Concepts training series.

The Core Concepts series is a part of our Getting Started program which covers the basics of the platform for users who are new to the platform or looking for a refresh. What was previously a series of six, one-hour live webinars has been converted to a new micro-learning format.

What is a micro-learning format?

This new training format takes all the content from our 60-minute live webinar and breaks it up into shorter, topic-focused pre-recorded videos. These videos are housed together in one place within the application so you can quickly access the core concept topics you want at any point in time.

Why micro-learning?

Our training team is dedicated to providing impactful learning resources that help you achieve your business goals and improve your learning experience. After closely analyzing eMoney training trends, we learned a few things:

  • Over 80% of registrants for Core Concepts training register for the on-demand video rather than the live event.
  • Research in the learning field indicates that shorter videos, where viewers can pause to review at a slower pace as needed, are more effective for point-and-click instruction.

Now, users who have already completed the Core Concepts series and want a refresher later have a straightforward way to re-access this material.

How do I access this new on-demand format?

Access the on-demand format through the current Training Registration page the same way you access all webinars today. The Core Concepts link now takes you to the new on-demand experience instead of a list of dates and times for upcoming sessions.

Will this new on-demand format replace all live training?

Live training is still an integral part of our user education program. We will continue to offer live training on topics that benefit from direct interaction from our trainers.
