eMoney Tip of the Week: Stock Options

In order to keep up with the latest stock option vesting schedules, we recently released new customizable capabilities for stock options: Shares in First Vesting Period and the Free Form Vesting Schedule.

The Shares in First Vesting Period option allows you to use a Simple Vesting Schedule and elect a different amount that vests in the first period. It will then vest the remaining shares evenly throughout the remaining vesting periods.

The Free Form Vesting Schedule allows you to create a completely custom vesting schedule.

Now, you can model any and all stock option vesting schedules your client’s may have.
