Easily identify when to support your advisors and their clients when data interruptions are identified using a new set of enhanced features now available in your Connections Status Report (CSR) for Admin users.

What’s New?

Since our last set of updates to this report, we’ve continued to pay close attention to areas of feedback from our trusted home office partners to improve the filtering capabilities of this real-time report.

As a result, you will see several improvements to the Top-Level Report (the main report upon launching the CSR) and the Drill-Down Report (the report that opens upon clicking on a specific connection name).

Top-Level Report Enhancements:

  • Office filter – Isolate data to a specific advisor office or region of offices.
  • Connection Type filter – Zoom in on the type of data you want to see—Client Connections or Advisor Connections.
  • Export Data button – Preserve and share the report with those on your team without an eMoney Admin license.

Drill-Down Report Enhancements:

  • Office column – Sort through the report by office for expanded segmentation.
  • Support Case column – Determine if users have already engaged with eMoney Support to resolve an error.
  • Export Data button – See above.
