Support for Health Savings Accounts

On February 23rd, we added the ability to integrate the HSA account type into your clients’ existing plans and reports.

In-Active Client Site Clean-Up

Clients now have a 30-day window to log into their client website for the first time.

Support for Internet Explorer 8 Discontinued

In order to continue to provide the best possible user experience, Microsoft discontinued support of the Internet Explorer version 8. Following Microsoft’s lead, eMoney also discontinued support on March 1st, 2016.

Social Security updated to align with Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015

Planning Enhancements

We’ve expanded where the “Available in Year” field is available.  We added the field, which exists today in Advanced Planning, to the Fact Finder. This now gives you the ability to define a new item in the Fact Finder, such as an inheritance, that does not actually exist for the client/spouse until a future year.

Self-Registration Invitation Email Update

The Client Website invitation email has been updated to include the name of the Advisor, Planner, or Assistant who initiates the email.  When sent by a Planner or Assistant the client will be invited on “behalf of” the Advisor who owns the client in the system.

An “Under Our Management” field was added to liabilities in the Fact Finder on September 1st.

Fidelity Platforms Integration 
eMoney and Fidelity came together to create the Fidelity Platforms integration offering advisors a truly integrated wealth management platform with access to both Streetscape and Wealth Central brokerage platforms. With the Fidelity Platforms integration, advisors can quickly build their business in eMoney and automatically link the accounts under their management.

RSA Two-Factor Authentication 
For those using the Fidelity platform integration, we’ve incorporated RSA two-form factor (RSA 2FA) authentication technology into our existing security measures. RSA Adaptive Authentication is a complete fraud detection platform that uses a dynamic risk and rules-based approach to identify high-risk behaviors and initiate an additional layer of protection. RSA 2FA is coming to non-Fidelity users later this year.

Set Advanced Fact Finder as Default

To increase ease of use and your advisor experience we’ve added the ability to set the Advanced Fact Finder as the default facts page.  Simply go to your Settings on the Advisor Navigation bar and select the General tab to adjust the settings.

Set Advanced Fact Finder as Default for Support Staff

Last month we added the ability for advisors to set the Advanced Fact Finder as the default facts page.  On November 10th, we’re bringing the same increased functionality to Assistants and Planners. Simply go to your Settings on the  Navigation bar and select the General tab to adjust the setting and set your default page.
